Green Remediation is the practice of considering all environmental effects of remedy implementation and incorporating options to maximize net environmental benefit of cleanup actions. Attendees learned cost effective strategies straight from the regulators and left with new innovative ways to clean up property.

The Workshop featured Brad Bradley, U.S. EPA Region 5's Superfund Greener Cleanup Coordinator, who discussed the tools and practices that can be utilized to make brownfield cleanups in Southwestern Ohio sustainable, cost effective, and "Green".
