New World Order: Implications of HEA 1162

IDEM's HEA 1162 Interim Implementation Document for the RISC program is here. It fundamentally changes how cleanups will be done and requires in-depth technical expertise. Attendees earned CLE credits learning about this landmark guidance and its impact on regulatory closures of contaminated properties in Indiana. KERAMIDA experts discussed major relevant technical aspects of the guidance and its implications on the cost and timing of site closures.
