Promotions at KERAMIDA

Promotions at KERAMIDA KERAMIDA is pleased to announce the promotion of two senior professionals to the position of Vice President.

- Kathy Moore, Vice President of Air Services

- Pamela Griesemer, M.S., Vice President of Operations, Sustainability Division

Ms. Kathy Moore, an air expert with 19 years of experience, and a Senior Project Manager with KERAMIDA, has been promoted to Vice President of Air Services. Ms. Moore's 19 years of experience in air permits and compliance includes 13 years with IDEM where she served as a Permits Section Chief, prior to joining KERAMIDA in 2006.

Ms. Moore's air experience includes industrial clients in various categories, such as foundries, utilities, auto manufacturing, auto suppliers, surface coating, chemical manufacturers, cement plants, steel mills, mineral aggregates, woodworking facilities, and coke production. Ms. Moore holds a B.S. in Sciences from Purdue University. Her air permits experience includes both construction and operation permits, including Title V, PSD, FESOP, MSOP, source modification, NSR and others.

Her experience at IDEM also included advising staff on complex permit procedures and interpretations, assisting in the development of model permit conditions and rule language for Title V and FESOP permits, training staff, and assessing air permits' effects on cross-media permit programs and permit condition enforceability. Ms. Moore has also held a leadership role in the area of compliance assurance monitoring (CAM) implementation.

Ms. Moore will lead KERAMIDA's Air Services team of scientists, engineers and modelers.

Ms. Pamela Griesemer, M.S., was promoted to Vice President for Operations of KERAMIDA's Sustainability Division. Ms. Griesemer has 18 years of diverse experience in the environmental and sustainability fields and she was Director of KERAMIDA's Management Systems Services prior to her promotion.

Ms. Griesemer holds a M.S. in Chemistry from the University of Chicago and a B.S. in Chemistry Magna Cum Laude from Ball State University. Ms. Griesemer has provided services for ISO-based or BS-based Management Systems to industrial and municipal clients in areas such as environment, health & safety, sustainability, energy efficiency, pollution prevention, greenhouse gas emissions, and business continuity. Ms. Griesemer is a qualified ISO Lead Auditor and has completed coursework in Sustainability, Environmental Management, Management Systems, and Business Continuity at Harvard University. She is also a GBCI certified LEED Green Associate.

KERAMIDA's Sustainability Services focus on increasing the value of our clients' assets through setting strategies, metrics, and management systems, resulting in savings through increased efficiencies and market positioning through classifications of sustainable facilities and green products. KERAMIDA's Sustainability Services have been employed by industries, cities and institutions. In her new position of Vice President, Ms. Griesemer will be responsible for the operations of KERAMIDA's Sustainability Division, where she will join Kristen Belcredi, P.E., Senior Vice President, Anna Jetmore-Vargas, M.S., Director, and a team of scientists, planners and engineers.
