KERAMIDA Announces Hiring of Two Senior Professionals KERAMIDA is pleased to announce the hiring of two senior professionals.

Mr. Willis M. (Mack) Overton IV, C.H.M.M., CIAQs, has joined KERAMIDA as Vice President for Industrial Services.

Mr. Overton has over 20 years of experience in consulting with a focus on EHS compliance and particularly air permitting and compliance, as well as indoor air quality. He has served industrial clients in all major categories throughout the country. Furthermore, he has been involved in the negotiation of more than 30 Notices of Violation/Agreed Orders and has served as an expert witness testifying at both deposition and trial. He holds a B.S. in Chemistry from Wabash College (1990) and has completed coursework towards M.S. in Environmental Planning at IU's SPEA program.

Dr. Ajit Joseph, Ph.D., P.E., has joined KERAMIDA as Senior Engineer.

Dr. Joseph has over 20 years of experience in consulting with a focus on investigation and remediation. He has conducted and supervised hydrogeological studies, RI/FS, Corrective Action Plans, Pilot Test/Remedial System Design, Remedial System Implementation, and Site Closures. His expertise includes modeling and has applied fate and transport process modeling to soil and groundwater contaminant systems for assessing contaminant migration, establishing risk-based cleanup goals, and optimizing remediation system design and operation. His Ph.D. thesis was on modeling and he has published papers and made presentations on contaminant modeling.

Dr. Joseph holds a Ph.D. in Civil and Environmental Engineering from Utah State University (1993), M.S. in Environmental Engineering (1986) and M.S. in Chemical Engineering (1984) both from the University of North Dakota, and a B.S. in Chemical Engineering. He has taught engineering, mathematics and physics courses as an adjunct professor for many years and is a Registered Professional Engineer in Indiana, Wisconsin and Utah.

KERAMIDA's work continues to expand in Sustainability, Remediation, Environmental Compliance & Engineering, Health & Safety, Management Systems, and Training in the U.S. and abroad.
