KERAMIDA is now a Global Steel Climate Council (GSCC) - approved Certification Body for the Steel Climate Standard. This recognition highlights KERAMIDA’s extensive experience in verifying GHG inventories, product emission intensities, and science-based target settings for companies in the steel-making industry. KERAMIDA is one of the first two companies worldwide to become a GSCC-approved Certification Body. The GSCC is an international coalition of steel producers and stakeholders dedicated to achieving a 1.5°C scenario by 2050. The Council aims to establish a global steel standard that will lead to significant reductions in carbon emissions across the steel industry. By becoming a GSCC-approved Certification Body, KERAMIDA is set to play a crucial role in helping the steel industry meet its climate goals. By leveraging our expertise, KERAMIDA promote sustainable practices and verify compliance with the new Steel Climate Standard.
