Vice President of Operations, Sustainability
Maddy Osswald is the Vice President of Operations of KERAMIDA's Sustainability Division, where she oversees and directs the division's operational activities. She tracks key performance indicators (KPIs) to identify areas for improvement, ensuring the highest efficiency and effectiveness across all service offerings. Additionally, she implements process improvements to enhance the success of the division, practice areas, and the growth and development of staff.
In addition to her operational responsibilities, Ms. Osswald brings extensive technical expertise in the field of greenhouse gas (GHG) management. She has led successful GHG projects in both corporate and municipal settings, spanning GHG inventories (Scope 1, 2, and 3), GHG verification, decarbonization planning and reduction strategies, and Climate Action Plans (CAPs). Starting her corporate journey in Compliance, Ms. Osswald amassed five years of expertise in air emissions reporting, which enabled a smooth transition to GHG accounting in Sustainability.
Ms. Osswald co-leads KERAMIDA's Sustainable Sports Initiative, focusing on a variety of service offerings to sports teams, leagues, and venues. As a John Wooden Leadership Award winner, Division I All-American, and ex-professional athlete, Ms. Osswald's extensive soccer career on the field has prepared her to manage and lead off the field as well.
