This confidential client is a non-profit health system with more than 200 sites of care and affiliates and is considered one of the country’s most integrated healthcare systems. KERAMIDA has an existing relationship with this client to provide Industrial Hygiene and Indoor Air Quality assistance at several facilities.
The Indiana Biosciences Research Institute chose KERAMIDA to provide on-site safety compliance leadership resulting in the development and implementation of a state-of-the-art Health and Safety program that incorporates pharmaceutical industry and management system best practices. In addition, KERAMIDA provided health and safety expertise and review during the planning of the new IBRI facility.
The American Foundry Society (AFS) hired KERAMIDA to review and update Safety Data Sheets (SDS) for a variety of alloys manufactured for member companies. KERAMIDA provided this service, to assure that the SDS meet the requirements of the Globally Harmonized System of Classification and Labeling of Chemicals (GHS).

We included peer benchmarking of the enterprise EHS Management System and final recommendations for improvements to the Corporate EHS Standards and Management System.
KERAMIDA provided permitting and compliance support for a new Greenfield Lithium Battery Electrolyte manufacturing facility in Indiana. The Client is an international corporation headquartered in South Korea. It was anticipated that the facility would be permitted as a Federally Enforceable State Operating Permit (FESOP) from the perspective of air emissions.
KERAMIDA provided several months of full-time in-plant Health and Safety services and full-time Safety Management on a remote work site for this confidential Client. The Client is a provider of coal combustion product management, mostly for coal-fired power plants looking for solutions for landfilling ash, selling ash, and other beneficial reuses of coal combustion residuals (CCR). KERAMIDA is highly familiar with CCR management and re-use and is up to date on the most current Resource Conservation and Recovery Act (RCRA) rules for coal ash.
