Vice President, Renewable Energy Compliance Services

Mr. Giddens has expertise in the environmental regulatory compliance field in both industrial and construction settings and in erosion control. He is responsible for managing and providing support in the Construction & Industrial sectors on environmental compliance projects, including but not limited to annual reporting, stormwater compliance, SWPPP & SPCC development, compliance assessments, on-site monitoring and inspections, field sampling, GIS Platform development, and environmental audits. Since joining KERAMIDA, he has worked for several years managing EHS activities and stormwater and erosion and sediment control inspections on linear construction, gas pipeline installation, and solar electric power plant construction projects with NPDES permits in Indiana, Ohio, Massachusetts, Kentucky, Pennsylvania, North Carolina, and Virginia. 

Mr. Giddens has aided in both field and office applications of EPA CFR promulgated stack testing methods. He has also overseen numerous demolition and construction projects with regard to erosion control, asbestos, safety, and environmental oversight. 

Mr. Giddens’ experience also includes Clean Air Act (CAA) compliance, Toxic Substances Control Act (TSCA) compliance, Federal Insecticide, Fungicide, and Rodenticide Act (FIFRA) compliance, Superfund Amendments and Reauthorizations Act (SARA), Tier II reporting, Toxic Release Inventory (TRI) reporting, Department of Transportation (DOT) Hazardous Materials Regulations (HMR) compliance, Radiation Safety, Retail Food Establishment Sanitation, asbestos, and lead-based paint.
