In-house training session for employees.
The mentoring principles discussed at the training will become performance requirements and metrics for Project Managers, and will be incorporated in the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) for Project Managers.
Three of our own senior managers, all having demonstrated success in mentoring their Project teams, will lead the training: John Wellspring, Jodie Crandell, and Wes Fleming.
