Maddy Osswald is a Senior Sustainability Engineer and Director of Sustainable Sports Strategies at KERAMIDA. She specializes in greenhouse gas emissions accounting, science-based targets, and emissions reduction goal setting. With a strong compliance background, Maddy excels in sustainability reporting and fostering client relationships. She holds an MBA and a bachelor’s degree in Environmental and Ecological Engineering from Purdue University and is a certified TRUE Advisor.
At Purdue, Maddy captained the Division I women's soccer team, setting all-time records for goals, assists, and points in her final season. She earned First Team All-Big Ten, Big Ten Player of the Year, and Second Team All-American honors. Maddy returned to the U.S. after playing professionally in the Netherlands (PSV Eindhoven) and Spain (Zaragoza CFF).
At KERAMIDA, Maddy combines her passions for sports and sustainability. She remains active in soccer as a dual player-coach for the USL W-League Indy Eleven.
