KERAMIDA is helping Purdue's School of Civil Engineering to develop a first-of-its-kind Senior Design Course for the Spring 2016 Semester, focusing on the TSL Superfund Site Reuse. The outcome of the course will be a winning Conceptual Design for TSL's Reuse, which will include all the reuse elements of the TSL Superfund Site Reuse Planning Study performed by KERAMIDA and approved by the USEPA and IDEM.

Superfund Site Assessed for Reuse & Delisting

KERAMIDA, representing the TERF Board, is working with the US EPA and IDEM to change a Superfund Site, the old Tippecanoe Landfill, from a locked up site to a beautiful park, and to delist it from the Superfund classification and delete it from the Superfund List. The TERF Board, KERAMIDA, and Stuart & Branigin, the Board's legal advisors, are leading the way nationally, in efforts to reuse and delist Superfund Sites that are old municipal landfills.
