Climate Scenario Analysis for Largest Toll Road Developer in Philippines

KERAMIDA supported the largest toll road developer and operator in the Philippines with an inaugural Climate Scenario Analysis, which was a key component in the Client's preparation to disclose in line with the TCFD/IFRS S2 Recommendations and comply with the Philippines SEC.
KERAMIDA’s tasks included:
Provided capacity-building workshops to the Client’s executive team, management, and operations
Performed a gap analysis of the Client’s climate disclosure readiness by gathering and reviewing existing related documentation and conducting subject matter expert interviews
Benchmarked the Client’s peers’ climate-related risks and opportunities
Made strategic recommendations related to TCFD disclosure and climate-related risk management in relation to the Client’s existing ERM policy
Preparation for disclosure to the Task Force on Financial-Related Climate Disclosures (TCFD)
Prepared a Quantitative Climate Scenario Analysis
