Executive Sustainability Training for Toyota Material Handling North America

Project Details:

Toyota Material Handling North America (TMHNA), along with its two business units, Raymond, and Toyota Material Handling, partnered with the KERAMIDA team to host its inaugural ESG Executive Sustainability Session. Forty Toyota executives from around the world joined together for an eight-hour day of training sessions, guided activities, meaningful discussions, and planning for the future of ESG at TMHNA.

The primary objective of this training was to raise awareness about Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) issues and their impact on Toyota’s operations. The KERAMIDA team worked with the TMHNA Sustainability Taskforce in the months leading up to the training session to facilitate the pre-work needed for a successful session.

KERAMIDA led 10 workshops focusing on critical tasks related to:

  • Value chain mapping

  • Climate-related risks and opportunities

  • ESG materiality

  • Organizational readiness for change

The Executive Training Session was ultimately a success, with clear next steps identified for the TMHNA Sustainability Taskforce and Executives.
