Sustainability Data Analytics for Fortune 500 Global Power Company
Project Overview:
KERAMIDA worked with one of the world’s leading power companies, a Fortune 500 energy utility, to develop a more robust and efficient method for evaluating their annual sustainability and environmental performance metrics.
Project Details:
KERAMIDA developed a custom digital tool to automatically identify information gaps and excessive data variance. This tool was created to replace and expand upon the existing manual review process.
KERAMIDA’s custom tool was able to auto-generate corrective action statements based on the specific values and problems identified. These statements were then compiled and sent to the site contacts responsible for providing the data for follow up. The wording of the statements, scope of the evaluation, and specific validation criteria were dynamic and designed to be altered to suit the immediate needs of the user. KERAMIDA also developed a status report to track the number of problematic entries by site and whether or not they had been resolved.

This new approach that KERAMIDA developed ensured that the same criteria were applied uniformly across the entire data set, streamlined the corrective action process, and significantly reduced the amount of time required to verify the data.
