Jason Kemp Passes VA SWM-IN Exam

Congratulations to Jason Kemp on passing his VA SWM-IN Exam! This now gives him both the VA ESC-IN & SWM-IN certifications which allow him to be the Delegated Authority on the solar sites he is working on.

This is a really big achievement because Mr. Kemp was scheduled to take his Stormwater Management 3-day review course in March and then the Coronavirus pandemic shut everything down. His review course was canceled and rescheduled a handful of times and is still currently scheduled for late June. However, between working full-time on job sites, Mr. Kemp, in his own time, reviewed the materials and studied the Virginian stormwater regulations. He took the exam and passed it in his first attempt!
