Client Spotlight: KERAMIDA Supports Rinchem in Achieving SBTi Target Approval

KERAMIDA is proud to announce that our client, Rinchem Company, LLC, has successfully achieved approval of their Science-Based Target (SBT) from SBTi, marking a significant milestone in their sustainability journey. Rinchem, a global leader in chemical management solutions, operates the largest network of chemical and gas distribution centers worldwide, providing essential warehousing, transportation, and freight forwarding services.
Since early 2023, KERAMIDA has played a crucial role in developing Rinchem’s ESG Program, which included conducting a comprehensive GHG inventory, developing and submitting their SBTi targets, and conducting a Materiality Assessment to identify key sustainability priorities. Our team also assisted with Rinchem's EcoVadis submission by evaluating its policies, practices, and procedures related to Environment, Ethics, Labor & Human Rights, and Sustainable Procurement areas, identifying gaps, and working with Rinchem at the appropriate company level to resolve gaps. We provided CDP disclosure consulting and developed their inaugural ESG report as well.
Looking ahead, starting in Q4 2024, KERAMIDA will continue to support Rinchem by working on stakeholder engagement to prioritize GHG reduction strategies, further advancing Rinchem’s commitment to sustainability.
