Meet Justin Johnson, CESCL, CESSWI – Director of Technology Operations and Senior Manager of Compliance at KERAMIDA! With over ten years of experience across the energy, gas, electric, and construction industries, Justin offers a wealth of knowledge in environmental compliance, stormwater management, and natural resources permitting. As a certified Erosion and Sediment Control Lead (CESCL) and Certified Erosion, Sediment, and Stormwater Inspector (CESSWI), he assists clients in navigating complex environmental regulations while ensuring projects comply with NPDES permit requirements and sustainability goals.
Before joining KERAMIDA, Justin played a significant role in environmental compliance for utility projects in multiple states. He managed teams of environmental inspectors, oversaw stormwater compliance initiatives, and served as a technical liaison among permitting agencies, construction teams, and stakeholders. His hands-on experience includes managing high-profile projects, ensuring full environmental compliance at every phase.
At KERAMIDA, Justin combines his environmental expertise with technology operations, supporting program management systems and ensuring clients efficiently and effectively meet regulatory requirements. His attention to detail and commitment to operational stability help keep projects on track and aligned with both environmental and business goals.
Outside of work, Justin expresses his creativity by learning new skills each year. Last year, he focused on photography!
