Wesley Fleming Promoted to Senior Vice President, Operations at KERAMIDA

KERAMIDA is thrilled to announce the well-deserved promotion of Mr. Wesley Fleming to the position of Senior Vice President of Operations.

Mr. Fleming has been an integral part of our team since 2014, contributing 9 ½ years of dedicated service and expertise. His journey with KERAMIDA began after earning his bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering with a minor in Environmental and Ecological Engineering from Purdue University. He later achieved his MBA from Purdue, further enhancing his skill set. Prior to joining KERAMIDA, Mr. Fleming spent two years as a middle and high school science teacher in Indianapolis, where he was a Teach For America Corps Member and earned an M.A. in Teaching.

Throughout his tenure at KERAMIDA, Mr. Fleming has played a pivotal role in various capacities, primarily in the environmental compliance arena. However, his versatility has led him to contribute significantly across all of our practice areas. Mr. Fleming has undertaken diverse and impactful projects, successfully completing projects for clients in many different industrial sectors.

Highlights of Mr. Fleming’s accomplishments include extensive onsite work for multiple foundries and engine manufacturers, overseeing permitting and reporting in all regulatory programs (air, water, waste, etc.), and leading oil spill prevention (SPCC) initiatives as a licensed Professional Engineer. His expertise extends to multi-media compliance auditing in various industrial sectors. For the past six years, Mr. Fleming has been a driving force behind KERAMIDA's successful project with the Institute of Scrap Recycling Industries (ISRI), where he oversees the creation of thousands of SREA due diligence reports each year. Mr. Fleming has also played a pivotal role in the development of custom software solutions for KERAMIDA’s clients. He has led projects for both internal and external software development and automation related to data management, project workflow, report creation, and other types of automation.

In his new role as Senior Vice President of Operations, Mr. Fleming will collaborate closely with department heads and senior management to ensure the continued delivery of excellent service to our clients. His role will focus on maintaining KERAMIDA's industry-leading work product and responsiveness. Mr. Fleming’s promotion reflects his dedication and the company's commitment to sustained growth and success.
