The devastating impacts of Hurricanes Maria and Irma have wreaked havoc on Puerto Rico's communities, businesses, infrastructure, real estate and power grid. KERAMIDA's Land Division Vice President, Steve Cobb and Project Coordinator, John Young visited Puerto Rico to assess damage to several Simon Mall properties in and around San Juan. KERAMIDA is working with Simon to get common areas in the mall open as quickly as possible as there are currently limited retail spaces open for residents to get food and clothing.
