Project Manager
How long have you been with KERAMIDA?
I have been with KERAMIDA since September 2021.
What do you love about this line of work?
I love getting out of the office to conduct hands-on training and inspections to help clients improve their environmental, health, and safety programs.
What continues to drive your passion for environmental work?
The programs and plans we prepare for our clients directly affect personal and environmental protection. With them in place, our clients use their Best Management Practices to prevent any accidents/incidents and are ready in case they occur.
What do you think it will take for the world to address the current environmental issues?
Environmental issues won’t be seen as a priority until they are cost-effective for global business. Consumers need to incentivize companies and industries to change their processes to protect the environment by purchasing from places that have already done so.
What do you believe is the most meaningful/impactful aspect of your role?
Proper environmental and health and safety training can change the culture of a facility. With the right application of training, facilities can see a decrease in environmental and safety incidents.
What are some of your hobbies outside of work?
I bowl on weekend mornings during the occasional bad weather in Southern California. But while the weather is sunny and beautiful, I play beach volleyball after work and on weekends.
