EHS Permitting & Compliance for New Facilities
KERAMIDA is a leader in new facility EHS compliance services.
In recent years, our team of technical experts has assisted multiple new manufacturing facilities throughout the U.S. with pre-construction and pre-startup EHS services.
We specialize in guiding international corporations who are beginning operations in the U.S. for the first time on U.S. regulatory landscape requirements.
In addition to new facility EHS support, our team has expertise in strategic planning and development for new manufacturing facilities and evaluation of engineering design.
Highlighted New Facility EHS Support Projects
KERAMIDA provided site selection assistance and air dispersion modeling impact analysis for a new Greenfield Gray Iron Foundry in Georgia. The Client is a corporation based in China. The facility, which will manufacture brake products, was anticipated to be a Title V source from the perspective of air emissions.
KERAMIDA provided permitting and compliance support for a new Greenfield Lithium Battery Electrolyte manufacturing facility in Indiana. The Client is an international corporation headquartered in South Korea. It was anticipated that the facility would be permitted as a Federally Enforceable State Operating Permit (FESOP) from the perspective of air emissions.
The Indiana Biosciences Research Institute chose KERAMIDA to provide on-site safety compliance leadership resulting in the development and implementation of a state-of-the-art Health and Safety program that incorporates pharmaceutical industry and management system best practices. In addition, KERAMIDA provided health and safety expertise and review during the planning of the new IBRI facility.
